Our cuisine is a fascinating combination of South Tyrolean specialities and Mediterrenian cooking. Quite often this exciting mix gets enhanced by our chef Tina's own original creations!
In order to ensure a continuous first class dining experience we use- in accordance with the seasons- fresh vegetables, crunchy salads and herbs from our own farmer's garden and berries, honey and mushrooms from our own forests. Animal products such as meat and eggs come exclusively from our own production!
Furthermore, we offer a hughe variety of homemade jams and literally all of our desserts too are made by our chef Tina!
