Colle/Kohlern is a lovely little village above Bolzano offering a great view on the city of Bolzano as well as the southern part of South Tyrol. The Colle funicular is a real insider’s tip. It is the oldest levitating funicular worldwide and celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2008.
